Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No. We don't sell domains: just type the domain you already own (or plan to register elsewhere) when you order, then point it to our server.
How do the 3, 6 and 12 month offers work?
Pay for a longer period up front and the price per month drops: 5% off for 3 months, 10% off for 6 months and 20% off for 12 months. The discount is built into the price at checkout.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, upgrade any time from your client area. You only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Do you back up my website?
Every account is backed up daily and backups are kept for 7 days. Request a restore or download a backup from your control panel.
