NovaPanel License FAQ
What does one license cover?
One license activates NovaPanel on one server, with unlimited hosting accounts. Moving to a new server? Reissue the license from your client area.
What happens if my license expires?
Websites, email, DNS and databases always keep running. Only creating new accounts and the paid add-ons pause until the license is renewed. Security features stay on.
How do the 3, 6 and 12 month offers work?
Pay for a longer period up front and the price per month drops: 5% off for 3 months, 10% off for 6 months and 20% off for 12 months, on the license and on add-ons.
Can I add or remove add-ons later?
Yes. Change your add-ons from the client area at any time. Your server picks up the change within a few hours, or straight away with "Check now".
Can I move my customers from cPanel?
Yes, with the cPanel Migration add-on you can import accounts from a cPanel server or from cPanel backup files.
Does it work with WHMCS?
Yes. The NovaPanel WHMCS module creates, suspends, upgrades and terminates hosting accounts automatically and signs your customers in with one click.
